SI Outdoor is a commercial site contractor serving Colorado’s Front Range. We provide general contractors, developers, HOAs, and property managers with a single partner for erosion control, stormwater compliance, irrigation infrastructure, site development, and ongoing property maintenance.
After acquiring the business, Zach Dinkel began transforming SI Outdoor into a commercial site contractor focused on the full lifecycle of outdoor infrastructure — from site development and compliance through long-term maintenance. Our team focuses on the outdoor infrastructure that keeps projects compliant, functional, and presentable throughout the entire property lifecycle.
Before SI Outdoor, Zach led a team of more than 50 engineers and managed a combined capital and operating budget exceeding $40 million for a Fortune 500 company. That experience shaped SI Outdoor’s approach to project management, accountability, operational discipline, and technology-driven execution.
Today, SI Outdoor continues to expand its capabilities in stormwater management, erosion control, irrigation systems, and commercial site development while maintaining a strong portfolio of HOA and commercial properties throughout Colorado’s Front Range. Our goal is to become the contractor clients call when outdoor infrastructure needs to be built, restored, maintained, or brought back into compliance.
